From fracture fixation to bone reconstruction, our high-quality implants offer precision, reliability, and patient-centric outcomes. Set apart by unparalleled features such as polyaxiality (up to ±35°), no (or minor) screw head protrusion, and anatomically shaped designs, Hofer Medical Solutions osteosynthesis systems stand as a benchmark in the industry, offering distinct advantages over competitors.

Available in 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 6.5mm, and 7.0mm sizes with various thread lengths, these screws ensure precise placement over a guide wire or pin. Optional threaded washers allow for recessed screw heads, ensuring secure fixation and easy implantation.
The range also includes Headless Screws and Herbert Screws. Headless Screws (2.5–7.5mm) minimize soft tissue irritation, while Herbert Screws (2.5mm and 3.0mm) feature low-profile seating and a recessed break-off point, available in lengths from 10 to 40mm.

Stem cells concentrated from fat tissue
Stromal vascular fraction (SVF) is a mixture of cells found in the fat tissue of humans. It is rich in stem cells and other cells that can differentiate into various types of cells, and stimulate healing for soft tissues like skin, fat, tendons, ligaments and muscles. SVF is most commonly being used in orthopedics for joint injuries and chronic joint diseases as well as in dermatology / aesthetics for restoration of dehydrated, sagging or dull and non-viable skin, and the elimination of wrinkles and burns.
